Start LO database wizard
Choose connect to existing datasource
Choose text
The selection dialog is displayed, but browsing for text files shows them all to be greyed out in the Finder and unselectable

If one copies/pastes the file location from the Finder file properties, the string gets mangled (incorrect URL mangling) and then LO complains that file doesn't exist
