bug not present in LibO 3.3.4
bug present in LibO 3.4.3 and following releases including 4.3.2 and recent 4.4.x master.

I believe this issue with the 3GPP cover page may also be covered by Bug 55946 (and Bug 80679). The fact that it was working in one release and then began to fail in a later release seems like new information.

thanks Morgan. I'll label this as a duplicate of Bug 55946 which is about the same file.

I'm not sure that Bug 80679 is the same problem since it's on a different file so I'll let more expert developers to decide
