Created attachment 110384 [details] 4 files - sequenced to reproduce bug When Calc converts an XLS to XLSX, Excel reports file as corrupted when opened. Allowing Excel to correct the file and then saving it, then reopening it again in Calc and saving again with Calc, Calc adds unwanted rectangles. Steps to reproduce: 1. Take XLS created in Excel, open in Calc. File opens OK, no issues. (file - 1 original ok.xls) 2. Convert file to XLSX (file - 2 Calc converted to xlsx.xlsx) 3. Open XLSX in Excel, notice error about file being corrupted. Accept file as trusted and let Excel fix it. (file - 2 Calc converted to xlsx.xlsx) 4. Save file with Excel (file - 3 Excel save after fix.xlsx) 5. Open file in Calc (file - 3 Excel save after fix.xlsx) 6. Save file with Calc (file - 4 Calc save, rects added.xlsx) 7. Reopen with Excel or Calc, notice unwanted rectangles (file - 4 Calc save, rects added.xlsx)
