The page/slide setup dialog in impress/draw has a background tab with a gradients section that doesnt allow you to modify gradient settings like gradient type, angle, center x, center y, etc. all of which are available in the gradient tab of the area dialog in writer.

Just noticed that the area dialog is also in impress. :D

this will be fixed with bug 94551.
