Enhancement description: 

enhancement: area/style filling toolbar should be based on similar color-selector for line and text instead of color list

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the LibreOffice Draw
2. Find Line and Filling Toolbar
3. Select Color as Area filling type
4. List of colors will appear

Current behavior:

List of colors will appear

Expected behavior:

New color selector should be implemented.
