Did you try with a screen that is not ultra hd? Is the problem specific to this ultra hd setup? Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information. This problem exist only with UltraHD screen. Thanks. I don't have such a screen so I can't test.
