Setting as new enhancement - allow text import in paste special. As I know it can be done now. With paste-special selecting unformatted text it's possible to select the column and in column type select US English. This is also to open/Import csv/text files. We don't know how is the use case, there is also an option in: Menu/Tools/Options/Load-Save/HTML compatibility - Use 'English (USA)' locale for numbers. that work for past-special as formatted text RTF and HTML. So a true solution is already implemented, for me not a bug. Please if you are not agree reopen it. |
