Rui, can you check with the latest version? Another question, is the file being opened in Microsoft Office in the other instance? When i open a file previous open by another user, Libreoffice can't identify the name of user, if i try with Microsoft Office the information is complete. In attached files follow two examples, the same file open with Libreoffice and Office Libreoffice 4.4.1.1 pt_PT
