I can confirm in diferent pc's in my LAN.

When i open a file previous open by another user, Libreoffice can't identify the name of user, if i try with Microsoft Office the information is complete.

In attached files follow two examples, the same file open with Libreoffice and Office

Libreoffice 4.4.1.1 pt_PT

I could not reproduce this on a single computer with a different local user, in Windows 7 with LO 5.1.3.2.

Rui, can you check with the latest version?

Another question, is the file being opened in Microsoft Office in the other instance? (so, first in MS Office, then in LibreOffice)
Is that's the case, this could be the same as bug 34171.
