navigation button

I would like to recommend adding/including action buttons for slide navigation within Impress. Justification being a better interactive design that improves users ability to navigate (i.e. next slide, previous slide, home slide, etc...) using a hyperlink between slides without using "n" or "p" and the mouse pointer.

Perhaps adding the navigation is Slideshow>>Custom animation>>misc effects.

Microsoft has feature that hyperlinks between slides that I am talking about and is very useful. (link: http://www.online-tech-tips.com/cool-websites/insert-action-buttons-into-a-powerpoint-presentation/)

Have you tried creating a shape, right-clicking, selecting interaction? If you did not know this, is this what you wanted? You can even hyperlink to specific slides.

Set to NEEDINFO.

Hi Beluga

That works!!! Thanks.

I'll have to remember to set the settings to "change slides manually."

I'm changing this to resolved.

Thanks again.
