For instance, in Writer or Calc, if you hold on to the scroll bar or wheel scroll and move up and down then the text stays there and the new text is displayed over the old.  Moving the mouse over the text finally displays it correctly.

This happens on any dropdown that allows you to scroll.  For others that don't have enough items for scrolling it just flickers.
