Screenshot

Layout of Inser Index/Table dialog is inaccurate (see attached screenshot, red box). The issue exists since LO 4.4.3 at least.

however, it can be worked around by clicking on one of the other tabs and then clicking back again, at which point teh redisplay aligns the entries correctly.

Issue already exists using current master.

the problem affects gtk3 as well, but not gtk, kde4 or gen.

should be fixed by this:
