Dropdown Menu  File->Send->Email as Word Document. 
Error msg: "SEH Exception: Access Violation."

Crashes all open instances of LibreOffice. Does not seem to depend on which .odt document is to be sent.

Should be fixed already in the next release. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92308

Thanks for the report. As already said, fix available in LO 5.1.0.0 and LO 5.0.0.3.
