I found out that this bug is an issue only for distros that use the LibreOffice Gtk 3 support. Arch enabled it in their new release. I filed a bug asking them to go back to Gtk2: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/45916?project=1&opened=16914 I still think this bug should be fixed, but the priority depends on how many distros are using the Gtk 3 support. This is fixed in master with [1]. Backport to 5-0 [2]. Created attachment 117704 [details] LibreOffice 4.0 text In LibreOffice 5.0, all the text is blurry on my HiDPI Linux box, and looks worse than the previous versions. I'm including a screenshot of 4.4.5 and 5.0 for comparison. I've disabled both options in the UI for anti-aliasing and have the UI scaling at 100%.
