Up until now, in Writer usually (and AFAIK - which is limited - also in the ODF
specs) the indent (margins) of the list styles prevail over those from the
paragraphs.
Testing this in 5.1 master, shows that the behaviour has changed.
Will attach a file with (maybe superfluous) test/info.

works as expected again in Version: 5.1.0.0.alpha1+

The spec has it the other way round. Paragraph style overrule list style settings. I will write a new report, because we are now in LO 6.1.
