Two examples, one with break working and one not

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a table in Calc
2. Select a column, Format Cell->Number->Category:Date or Time
3. Select the table, Insert -> Chart
4. Edit chart
5. Format -> axis -> Label -> Text FLow:Break -> enabled

Note, the break option doesn't do anything.

Repro from scratch.
Label text does not wrap when the format is Date.

Not sure if component should be Chart :) I'll leave it as Calc for now.

Reproduced in recent master:

Version: 24.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: e9a0c97de95688b2f86bbb4dd8c823af5442401c
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Wondering if it's because spaces are non-breaking when formatted as date. (If using "Wrap text" on the cell and reducing the width, the text still does not wrap.)
Might be the same cause as bug 93030.
