Hi,

I have tried editing, saving and closing one of the excel file and if i again open the same, the data is getting disappeared. Could you please resolve this issue as early as possible.

Please attach the file so we can test.
Please also mention exactly what data disappears, after attaching the document.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the document.
