Don't attach document in Email File-Send-Email Document
Сreates a message with the subject: the file name, but without the attached file.
In the previous version it was all good.
Repeats on all application LibreOffice
Email client: Mozilla Thundebird 38.5.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create document,
2. Save file.
3. Send document File-Send-Email Document
Actual Results:  
created email without an attached file
