Is there any equivalent to docear4word in liibreoffice? I know the docear group had trouble developing this and the project stagnated about 2 years ago, is there anyway communication with docear by libreoffice would help this development?

It's not a bug but a question about a soft which is not LibreOffice.

Not having used Docer4Word, I think the best approximation in LibreOffice would be Zotero, which is an add-on also available for Firefox.
