Created attachment 124873 [details] Picture of alt codes Under the "Insert" menu, the alt shortcut for "Footnote and Endnote" is alt+d. This is the same shortcut as for "Field". As a result, entering alt+d opens the "Footnote and Endnote" submenu and does nothing to select "Field".
