I would guess there are 600+ rows of data. When I opened it the next morning, all the formatting was lost, Hidden columns were shown and the data stops at about halfway through row 51. On sheet 2 of have tables and I pull in some totals from sheet 1. I keep old totals so that I can experiment with data and compare the results. I currently pull in a total from sheet1 cell BJ1546. That total is correct for all of the data being present even though I can't see it. The trouble is - as it appears - I have lost data! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Either Double click on the worksheet 2.Or Double click on Libreoffice and select the worksheet. 3. Actual Results: Only up to part way through Row51 is displayed.Other sheets appear to be OK Expected Results: All sheets available in full [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: en-US Module: SpreadsheetDocument [Information guessed from browser] OS: Windows (All) OS is 64bit: yes Memory 77% available 5967mb of 7694mb free (with spreadsheet loaded). Hasn't cured the problem or recovered the data although th number of rows are probably correct. All data from ROW 52 particularly in column A is duplicated whereas all the data should be different. In column b there may be 1, 2 or 3 pieces of duplicated data before the data changes. The reason for the data format is that it is used by other programs and historic.
I only copy from row 51 to the rest up to row 753, so it's right being duplicate. but the question was about data lost and that doesn't happen.
Pardon???? I reported that the the file ended short at row 53 or whatever and there should be 600+ rows of data. Again I said that in the tables sheet it was calculating as if the data was there. If you look at the spreadsheet and just add up the items no way does that exceed £1000. How else would you describe 547 rows of empty data apart from missing or truncated? It is the first 6 columns or so is data the rest is calculations. As it happens, this file is not overly important, just frustrating. The issue is THE DATA IS NOT SHOWING OR AVAILABLE PRESUMED LOST. THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT ARE USING THIS ON AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS FILE THAT COULD POTENTIALLY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM OF LOSING DATA!!
