Presentation with incorrectly rendered accents in presentation mode.

Some accents render as fat bars in presentation mode (in edit mode everything looks as it should), especially

- wave (normal, fat, double)
- some dashed ones

Characters with accents in math mode render correctly.

This bug exists for longer than a year now, I just forgot to report it.

Bug is still present with same behaviour in LO 5.3.6 (only tested on Win 7 64bit).

Mark Hung committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":

tdf#100236 implement waveline in mtfrenderer.

It will be available in 6.2.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
