Turn off protect index and manually set the numbers to super/subscript only apply for final work. Every time that I update the list of figures I loose the changes. Is strange that work for chapter index right but not for figures and tables. Why the LO developers not used similar procedure for figure and tables that are used for chapter index?
I have been waiting a long time for this to be fixed. When creating technical documents referring to compounds such as PM10 or SO2 in image or table titles and then it not appearing in ToC is a major problem. Crazy that it works for the main ToC but not the others.
