Think there is a bug that have not link the option correct or programming missing to control so picture gets left/right/Center/Top/bottom etc setup from anchor position. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.In Calc 2.Import picture 3.Right click change picture or from tool meny change anchor from page to cell 4.Now it should be able to set picture example to in that cell and left but this option cant be set. Actual Results: Picture is not controlled where it get placed. UX: what do you think about having the option to align an image anchored to a cell relative to said cell?
yes Align option is what missing :) But anchor can get attached to cell today but... It´s so common so when its missing I could not say bug that option is falling or it have not been programmed yet. Today anchor can get choose position to cell but PICTURE TO THE ANCHOR cant get align.

Writer has the Alignment options: left, center, right as well as top, middle, bottom. Would be good to have the same functionality in Calc.
