I don't seem to have that menu option. Under the menu Edit I only have the Delete Page/Slide option. I am using the Navigator pane as it is the only way for me to navigate different pages. Are you by chance referring to Impress and its slide manipulation function? I am referring to Draw.

Otherwise the Draw View -> Page Pane allows you to sort pages of a Draw document the same as slides of an Impress presentation in the "Slide Pane". Drag and drop to reorder.
