The number keypad will not enter any number except 0. The keypad does work with
Wordpad and several other programs.  Google results did not help when implemented.

Is your Numlock engaged?

Also, please clear you LibreOffice user profile by deleting or renaming %APPDATA%\LibreOffice and testing again.

You don't give much info about which system you're using and which version of LO you have.

This was not a bug in LiberOffice,  Tis was a problem with Windows 10.
