LibreOffice crashes when for printing one accesses Printer Properties.
Printing without accessing Printer Properties is o.k.
System: Windows 8.1 (x64)  Intel Pentium 
LibreOffice 5.1.3.2

Printer Samsung CLP-510N USB interface

Could you try 2 things:
1) Rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows)
2) Upgrade to last stable version 5.1.4
?

If you still reproduce this, you can try to retrieve a backtrace (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#Windows:_How_to_get_a_backtrace), it might help to pinpoint the root cause of the crash.
