Created attachment 126025 [details] an example freezing case 1- Open a sheet 2- Scroll page down till 10th row. 3- Click Freeze rows and columns button while cursor at (11,B) 4- Try to write something (9,B) Expected behavior: A scroll bar should be there to navigate freezed cells.
Hi Gülşah Köse I'm tossing this into NEEDINFO because I'm not quite sure what you're getting at. From your image it looks like rows are hidden? I'll attach an image of what mine looks like when I go to 11,B, freeze, then I'm able to easily write things into 9,B... Can you please explain a bit more (maybe attach a sheet where you've frozen/hidden things). After you explain a bit more and perhaps at an additional attachment, mark as UNCONFIRMED. Thanks!
This is in no way a MAJOR problem - moving to MINOR

OK, I don't understand your report at 1st time but now it's fine. You need to scroll down before freezing rows and yes, rows that are hidden before "freeze" are no more visible. If you want a scroll bar, may be it is better to use "Split window" instead of "Freeze rows/columns"... ?
This is not a bug at all. If you need scroll bar- then use split window instead. Freeze column and rows will freeze columns to the left and rows to the top of current cell. All other office suites behaves the same way.
