Description Heiko Tietze 2016-07-06 09:59:36 UTC
Today the snap range (Tools > Options > LibreOffice Draw > Grid) is defined by default as 5px. This is not appropriate on high resolution screens.

From bug 93267
>And the default 5px snap range is on a high DPI monitor,
>like a MacBook with >more than 200ppi, a lot to small!
>May be this should be scaled on high DPI monitors?
>Example: 1px is 1/200 in = 0.005 in = 0.127mm.
>5px are 0.635mm, nearly nothing...

One solution could be to change the unit from px to pt, or even better cm (or whatever is set in Tools > Options > LibreOffice Draw > General).

Valid enhancement request - I'm not sure that this would constitute a bug as it works as designed.
