Slide which were converted from a PPTX some time ago

1. Open the attached .odp and click on the text "Test 1". You can see the blue border around its encompassing text box.
2. Click on the text "Test 2".

Somehow Impress doesn't draw its text box outline. You can find it, however, about 1 cm above the "Test 2" text.

OS: openSUSE Leap 42.1, x64

Please retest.
If I click on each text, the blue border is visible, but in the second case can NOT be selected, after it is visible.

It can be selected, hover your mouse a bit above the Test 2 boundary until mouse cursor changes.
