Some columns become narrow when you reopen a Calc spreasheet saved in Microsoft Office Excel format. This has been an issue with recent versions of Calc, but did not do this a year or so ago.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save a spreadsheet in Excel format
2. Close spreadsheet
3. Reopen spreadsheet

Expected Results:
Many, but not all columns will be too narrow for data fields, changed from the last time you saved them.

Calc Software should NOT resize column width, it should remain the same.
