Description Dr. Pam Halton 2016-07-27 17:17:08 UTC
Windows 7 Libre Office 5.0.6.3

Enhancement request: See summary line above. It's a major pain having to remove it each from each file.

Open a new spreadsheet, modify the option for header and footer and save it as default template.
Menu/File/Templates/Save as template
Menu/File/Templates/Manage, select your template and set as Default

Resolved as not a bug, please if you are not agree reopen it.

What file do you open again?

It works for me for new files Menu/File/New/Spreadsheet, if you open an existent spreadsheet of course it is not modified.
