When you want to show the status of a document-chapter (finished, some things still to be changed, reviewed+ok, ... ) by choosing its font-color or highliting it (or using other formatting), then you will see this within the text throughout the document. It would be great, if you could see the status of a chapter already in the index (on the first page), i.e. all green -> all finished ... Thanks! regards, Tom
@Tom, Can you elaborate further... Not sure of utility to alter actual paragraph Style(s) of the section headings (as picked up for indexing) in the document body. Seems like this review/status attribute would better be linked to the commenting process, or alternatively a toggle/"reviewed" checkbox per element in the Navigator.
