Your document is fine, but it is a docx document not an ods document, so change their extension form ods to docx and it open fine.

Can you run LibreOffice before open the file, disable the extension VeroptBRV320AOC in Menu/Tools/Extensions, and better report the issue to the extension developers on the extension site.

I cant run the LibreOffice because of the error, so I cant change the format and I cant remove the extension. And its not a docx file because the Microsoft Word is not opening it. Could you convert the file format to a universal format to open on Windows OS?

1. Try to remove 'lu85901r.tmp_' folder;
2. Rename your file within Windows to *.docx and it should be able to be opened with LO or Wordpad.

(Tip: use the ruler to make indented paragraphs, not tabulation)
