Going the editing mode and scrolling will freeze writer for a certain period.

Confirming with:
Build ID: 690f553ecb3efd19143acbf01f3af4e289e94536
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Windows 6.2; UI Render: default; Layout Engine: new; 
Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL); Calc: CL

oh - opened the wrong version of the test file. Still the same trouble.\
3.3.4 - tough with other shortcomings - doesn't have the performace trouble

I can reproduce the freeze when scrolling down from page 1 to page 2.

I could reproduce the hang by the same way Xisco Faulí says.
Writer consumes a lot of CPU time.

My debug dev build:

Scrolling OK from page 1 to 19. Seems OK in 6.3+ and 6.2 beta. Please test.
