Test XML File Looses Line 3 and Corrupts Line 2

The attached test file has 1 header row and 5 data lines.  When imported using XML Source the data is converted into 1 header row with 4 data lines.  Information for the third line is merged into the data for the second.

Looks the issue is with no data on the first field in the third row.

Test file is validated on http://www.xmlvalidation.com/

First version with the issue.

I think 4.0 was the first version with the option.

This problem has been resolved.  Lines and columns import exactly as expected.
