Do you mean the file is open in OwnCloud? With the WebODF editor or LibreOffice Online? Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
exactly : the file is in a directory which is backed-up by owncloud. The LibreOffice version is a standalone.
