Description Yan 2016-09-12 11:21:03 UTC
A trailing underscored space in breaking paragraph is displayed and printed what a underscored line in a paragraph breaks.

Example, you see the trailing underscored space after the "m". which is even more impressive when printing.

Indeed, when Writer shows a space character before breaking the line (you can see if non-printing characters are turned on), it is underscored.
It looked differently in v3.3.0 (no space character is shown before line break), but in v3.5.0 the space, and thus the extra underscore is already there.

I'd prefer it without the extra trailing underscore, too, but I'm no typography expert. Buovjaga, what do you think?
Comment 3 Buovjaga 2016-09-15 09:25:55 UTC
Yeah, I don't think any typesetter would consciously do that.

It's still there in 5.4.2.2, we can keep this open.

Already in oldest of bibisect-43all, too.
