For me, TOC is shown in bottom 1/3 of page 1, page 2, top 1/2 of page 3 originally as well. Tested with a bunch of versions, 5.2.1.2 for example.

Created attachment 127637 [details] screencast Tested this on my Core 2 Duo desktop with Linux Mint 17.3 (ubuntu 14.04 base) and it also happened on my i5 laptop with Windows 8.1. Strange thing is it didnt happen on my laptop on Ubuntu Mate 16.04.

Hi jay, Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
