Steps:
1) Open attachment 127291 [details]
2) Zoom to a level where you can see 3 pages per row
3) Notice that the Table of Contents goes along pages 1 and 2
4) View > Web
5) Wait until repagination finishes and the page number in the status bar says '1 / 1'
6) View > Print or Normal
7) Notice Table of Contents now appears at the top of page 3

Regression as it fine in 4.2.

For me, TOC is shown in bottom 1/3 of page 1, page 2, top 1/2 of page 3 originally as well. Tested with a bunch of versions, 5.2.1.2 for example.

This is what it looks like in different versions I tried (5.2.1.2 / Windows 7 & Ubuntu 16.04, 5.3 bibisect repo's September 9's state).

Still not reproduced with 5.2.1.2 or 5.3 from 2016-09-19_05:39:03 / Windows 7. I'll check later in Linux.

Tested this on my Core 2 Duo desktop with Linux Mint 17.3 (ubuntu 14.04 base) and it also happened on my i5 laptop with Windows 8.1. Strange thing is it didnt happen on my laptop on Ubuntu Mate 16.04.

It doesn't go to page 3 after switching back to normal. I even tried gtk3 and gtk backends, because I'm superstitious.

Sorry, with STR from OP comment 0, on revert from Web view to Normal view the TOC is on page 1 and page 2. Page 3 starts the document.
