This is an offending document. But, it's the same thing for all my documents.

On pc Debian x86-64 with LO Debian package 5.2.1.2, I don't reproduce this.

Do you record on local hard disk? (if yes, is there still some space available?)

Can you create a brand new file on same directory of the file you try to record?

Also, can you try reproducing with a clean user profile? (see step 2. in [1])

Not reproduced with v5.1.5.2 / Windows 7.
There've been a couple of similar, hard-to-reproduce bugs recently.
