Description Gordon 2016-09-28 13:00:37 UTC
Calc Crashes Out Immediately following a search as follows:
    * ctrl + F for find box
    * Enter to search (with or without text)
    * Esc (or clicking the x button) to dismiss dialog
However, if you dismiss before pressing enter (ie. Ctrl + F, followed by Esc), it does not crash.
Build ID: 5.1.3.2-6.fc24

Couldn't reproduce in Windows and Linux.
Does it happen always or with a specific document?
Did you try resetting your user profile: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile?
Please test with other, higher versions from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ and note results.
Title is "Find and Replace" (Ctrl+H) but from text it's "Find bar" (Ctrl+F).
When reply is provided, please set back as Unconfirmed.

Cannot confirm, no crash here (suspected a coincidence with bug 92160)

Sorry...I'm not having the issue now.

I'm not sure what solved the problem though. I updated the system with latest updates & altered the files via another computer (including removing all External Data Links in the spreadsheet)

Let's put WFM then.
Don't hesitate to reopen this tracker, if you can succeed in reproducing it again.
