this bug comes from release 5.2.1.2
i can´t save any kind of presentation in odp format (no problem in .ppt)
the saving progress goes up to, about, 95% and the nothing, just stays there

Is your user name "user" (or a substring of it) by any chance?

There was bug 101898 with a very similar issue that occurred if the user name was substring of "user".

The fix should be part of 5.2.3, and the first RC build should be available in 1-2 days on the link below:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86/

Look for a file name with 5.2.3.1 in it (probably LibreOffice_5.2.3.1_Win_x86.msi). It's not up, yet, but should be up in 24-48 hours.
Please try with that, and let us know if the hang is still there.

tried and stil doesn't work
if i save as .ppt there is no problem. for now that´s my solution

the problem is growing.
now it gets stuck during auto-save of a spread-sheet if i have a presentation opened, which was in .ppt, for saving purpose. 

please get this solved
