Description:
Please add possibility to fill service name into connect dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open base
2. Add new connection to Oracle JDBC
3. Fill server IP, port, database NAME (in my case service name: "aaa.host.domain.tld")


Actual Results:  
Got ORA-12505 error

Expected Results:
Normal connection without SID knowledge (as it possible from IntelliJ for example)


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
