Description Rpnpif 2016-11-04 16:06:29 UTC
After a while of work in a text document, the display become distorted.

Scrolling increases the issue.

Closing LO and restarting Libreoffice fixes this issue... until the next time with a random while.

This is an old random bug that is not easy to reproduce.

Does it happen on different computers with different graphics cards?
Please also tell more about your Linux system.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

Second machine :
CPU : AMD A4-7300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics

Any difference with the different VCL plugs, launching from the command line with

SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk libreoffice
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 libreoffice
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen libreoffice

As this bug is not easy to reproduce because it is randomly and not so frequent, please get me a while to try your suggestion.

The other difficulty is that restarting Libreoffice fixes the issue.

Thanks.

Jean-Baptiste and Xisco,

I am sorry for this oversight.

I have not seen this issue since I used LO 5.4.2. Only Impress has a problem that looks like but it is another thing.

So perhaps this issue was fixed.

Regards.

Good to hear. You can create another report for the Impress thing.
