Description Richard Simões 2016-11-06 21:06:45 UTC
Description:
At least as of 5.1.4.2, LibreOffice supports every Windows encoding *except* the one Microsoft Office uses on the en-US locale. It would be very appreciated with this encoding was added.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open file saved by Microsoft Office in Windows-1250, containing characters outside the ascii range.

Actual Results:
Characters outside the ascii range have the wrong glyphs.

Expected Results:
Characters outside the ascii range have the right glyphs.

Reproducible: Always

Could you upload a sample document? Something with just a few characters/words that display incorrectly in LibreOffice would be enough.

Might be related to bug 95706, but that is specifically about RTF format.
