In LO 7 the design of the line content panel is reorganized.

"Start arrow style" and "End arrow style" became "Arrow style".

Regarding the new menu "Arrow Style" a new report was opened on the mouse over effects (bug 131669).

IMHO the changed UI resolved this issue and this report can be closed. What would be the correct status combination with "RESOLVED"? "WORKSFORME" does not represent the change of UI. "RESOLVED - INVALID"?

Same struggle :-), however WORKSFORME sounds nicer
