Description:
Buggy html converter.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save page
   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LibreOffice
   as html file.
2. Open html file in Writer ("File", "Open").

Actual Results:  
LibreOffice become unresponsive.
CPU load is 100%.
LibreOffice can be terminated
by sending SIGTERM.

Expected Results:
Open html file.

Opens immediately into Writer/Web without issue
