This bug is not properly reported nor triaged, so I kindly ask you to take your time and save someone else's. 
"Table isn't rendered correctly" is not specific enough description and doesn't reveal the source of the problem. Example is not minimum test case and it records track changes which may not be relevant.

Table is wider than this custom-size paper. So what should LO do here? Show any content even if outside of printing area? 

In this specific case, someone mixed size or orientation on pages 1-2 while page 3 is normal.

Not a proper report. Layout is broken when accepting the tracked change.
