Description jay.tea 2016-12-03 01:16:33 UTC
Description:
Since upgrading to 5.1.6.2 the default colour in Writer is now red when it was black in my previous version of Writer. No amount of changing settings in Writer preferences or Printer preferences will reset black as the default colour, but it can be set to black by using the drop down menu at the print colour button at the head of a Writer page and will then print in black for that document only.

Reproducible: Always

Hi Jay,

can you attach a screenshot of the setting that can not be changed to your desired color. And also please attach a screenshot of the "print color button" which you are using to adjust that setting.

You could try the fresh release of LO and see if that changes anything for the better: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/

Please try resetting your user profile: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resetting_the_user_profile
Does the problem persist after that?

Setting to NEEDINFO until more detail is provided.

After providing the requested info, please reset this bug to UNCONFIRMED (should it be persisting) or WORKSFORME (should it be solved with a newer LO version).
