Insert Graphics in certain cells, where it remains even after the shape of the table changes.
For example graphic in B3 stays / still displayed in B3 after size of cells/colums/rows (higth, width) change or colums/rows are inserted.

By default charts are anchored to page, right-click on the chart and change anchor to cell, then it should work as you like.

Thank you - my fault. Anchor also works for photos.
