Reproducible with one undo step. Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 7a1add76d542e9929c1feab9e06949990e236616 CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Windows 6.19; UI Render: default; TinderBox: Win-x86@39, Branch:master, Time: 2016-12-22_23:56:14 But works with two undoes. Maybe because insert as background implies two changes on page format. That there are two changes are showed on the right arrow of the undo icon. I don't know if really a bug.
It is working with two undo from interface button(seems buggy because user thinks do one action) but Ctrl+Z doesn't work. I think it is a bug.
